The certification means fapiao.ai is now qualified to provide compliant e-invoicing solutions for GST-registered businesses in Singapore.
Singapore laid out a clear timeline for mandatory e-invoicing in its 2026 Budget. Starting November 2025, newly incorporated businesses that voluntarily register for GST must adopt InvoiceNow. From April 2026, all new voluntary GST registrants will be required to use it. By April 2031, the mandate covers every GST-registered business in the country.
E-invoicing is becoming a core piece of Singapore's tax infrastructure, and businesses need to pick an approved provider sooner rather than later.
The IRSP review, led by IMDA, is the key qualification for operating within Singapore's e-invoicing ecosystem. To pass, a solution must meet strict technical requirements around data security, Peppol protocol integration, and invoice data storage. fapiao.ai cleared all of these, which means it can offer end-to-end compliant e-invoicing for businesses operating in Singapore.
fapiao.ai already serves hundreds of listed companies and Fortune 500 enterprises in China. With the IRSP certification, it can now offer one-stop e-invoice management for both Chinese companies with Singapore operations and local Singaporean businesses. The service covers invoice issuance, receipt, archival, and tax filing.
fapiao.ai plans to keep expanding its international footprint, building out its compliance capabilities in more markets as cross-border business grows.
